Banquet Server - On Call - $10/hr
Requires prior server experience, TABC card, ability to operate a cash register and a flexible schedule (some days, nights, weekends, and holidays). Must be able to lift/carry 30 pounds (example-ten dinner plates with covers) on your shoulder. Uniform requirements (see application). Servers will also work concessions.

Banquet Bartender - On Call- $10/hr
Requires prior bartender experience, TABC card, and flexible schedule (some days, nights, weekends, holidays). Must be able to lift 20 pounds to your waist. Uniform requirements (see application).

Technician
This is a skilled position requiring experience in plumbing, drywall repair, painting and carpentry. This position will report to the Director of Operations.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to work with and evaluate outside service contractors.
• Monitor chemical treatment to cooling towers and chillers.
• Performs plumbing maintenance and repair to all center plumbing and atmospheric control systems including sprinkler systems and fountains.
• Filling holes in walls, matching paint and ability to prioritize are extremely important
• Assist external maintenance contractors
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

PHYSICAL EFFORT:
Person must be able to lift and move heavy objects of varying weight and size.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Position requires lifting (some heavy), climbing ladders and scaffolding, ability to work on uneven surfaces. Ability to work in high places, i.e. (lifts, ladders, roofs, ect.). Position also requires stooping, bending, lifting and walking. Some adverse weather and working conditions, such as fumes, odors, dust, etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Basic understanding of Microsoft outlook and computer skills • Two years plumbing and carpentry experience. • Demonstrated plumbing and welding expertise and knowledge sufficient to assume responsibility for a large facility. • Ability to read and understand blueprints and sketches and follow written and verbal instructions. • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision. • Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Vocational experience preferred.
