The Knoxville Convention Center Event Management team is ready to service your event. From the smallest details, they will coordinate activities of your event with building personnel and contractors. Your Event Manager (EM) will guide you from the planning process throughout the successful culmination of your event. Your EM can assist with service subcontractors, the move in/move out schedule, the set up of your meeting rooms, exhibits, offices, food and beverage locations, requests for municipal services and a schedule of all activities during the event. The Center also houses two service providers. PSAV can provide all your Audio/Visual needs while Shepard Exposition Services can provide your pipe & drape, carpeting or other decor for your show. For more detailed information, check out their web sites or contact your Event or Sales Manager.
